Email ardamoustafa_@hotmail.com. Tell us what happened, the app/iOS version if available, and the steps that led to the issue. Do not send passwords, verification codes or private partner content.

Account deletion and your data

In UsTwo, open Profile > Account to request an export or delete your account. If you cannot access your account, email us from its registered address. We may ask for proportionate verification, but never your password.

Subscriptions and refunds

Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings > your Apple account > Subscriptions. Deleting UsTwo or your account does not cancel renewal. For a refund request, visit Apple’s refund page.

Partner links and safety

You can unlink or block a partner in the app. For an invalid invitation, ask the sender for a fresh link or enter the shared code. Report abuse to our support address.
