Using UsTwo

UsTwo provides a shared space for partner questions, games, a room, memories, voice messages and plans. You must be at least 17 and able to agree under applicable law; obtain guardian permission where legally required. Do not misrepresent your age or identity, access someone else's account or connect a partner without their consent. Keep your account credentials safe.

You may unlink or block a partner and contact support about abuse. Do not share unlawful material, threats, harassment, exploitative sexual content involving minors or another person's confidential information. We may restrict abusive use proportionately, subject to urgent safety or legal duties. Contact us to ask about a restriction. Private partner conversations are not routinely reviewed.

Your content and partner access

You keep ownership of your content. You give UsTwo only the permission needed to store, process and show the content according to your choices and provide the requested service. This is not permission to sell content, advertise with it or use it for AI model training. Share only material you have the right to use. Sharing, answer sealing and time capsule unlocking follow the relevant feature's rules.

Your partner may keep copies or screenshots outside our control. Account deletion removes authored content covered by the deletion flow; limited shared records may remain with your partner as described in the privacy notice. Contact us about residual personal data or disputed shared material.

Premium and Apple purchases

Free features have the limits shown in the app. Premium features depend on the product offered and your active entitlement. Before any purchase, the Apple purchase screen and paywall show the actual localized price, product duration, renewal terms and any trial eligibility. Apple processes payment. A lifetime product, when offered, is a one-time purchase; a subscription renews according to the terms displayed by Apple unless cancelled in Apple's subscription settings by the displayed deadline.

Trials, when offered and accepted, convert to the displayed subscription unless cancelled. Deleting your account, uninstalling UsTwo or unlinking a partner does not cancel an Apple subscription. Restore is available for eligible purchases. Refund requests follow Apple's process and applicable mandatory consumer rights. Premium shared with a partner requires an eligible entitlement and an active partner connection; the purchase remains associated with the purchaser's Apple account.

Availability and safety

Date ideas and relationship questions are suggestions, not emergency, medical, mental-health or professional relationship advice. Choose safe and suitable activities yourselves. Notifications, calendar reminders and alarms depend on device permissions, system settings and service availability; delivery is not guaranteed. Maintenance and feature changes may occur, with notice where required. Mandatory consumer warranties, remedies and liabilities remain intact; these terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending use, privacy and changes

You may stop using UsTwo, unlink a partner, request an export or delete your account in Profile > Account. The privacy notice explains processing and deletion. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory privacy or consumer rights under applicable law. We may update these dated terms; material changes will be notified and a new agreement requested where legally required.
